Local Shipment
Items can be shipped for NIS 75.00 ‘door-to-door’ anywhere in the country.

Local Pickup
General items can be picked-up from our Tel-Aviv offices for a handling fee of NIS 20.00.

Combined Shipping Discounts
Each additional item in a combined lot can be shipped for 50% of the stated shipping price, where the 50% is calculated on the lowest shipping prices of the combination.

Tracking numbers are available for all shipments. All goods shall be shipped between 24 and 72 hours after the receipt of the payment. The Buyer will receive an email containing all the tracking information.

It must be understood that many of the fragile items at Dreamshoppe need special care when it comes to preparing them for safe shipment. Therefore some of the items may take a little longer to arrive to the 'shipper'. We will keep the 'buyer' immediately appraised if there are any unexpected delays.

PLEASE NOTE: Insurance is optional. The insurance costs will generally be around 3% of the purchase price. Please be advised- we strongly recommend that shipping insurance be taken. Where no insurance is chosen we take no responsibility for any damage or misplacement of the item after it is delivered to the shipper.

Items that are fundamentally different to the 'description' can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price.

Conditions:
1. Any accepted return shall be entitled to a full refund of the purchase price. The original cost of shipping and insurance will not be returned. The buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs related to returning the goods. All shipment of returned goods must be insured at the Buyers expense. The purchase price will not be returned until the the goods have arrived at the Sellers warehouse.

2. All goods will be shipped with an invisible stamp on the item and the 'Unique Product ID Number', where available', has been recorded. Any return that does not incorporate that tag, or contains a different 'Unique Product ID Number', will be deemed to be a fraudulent substitution. The Buyer will not be entitled to a refund and the item will remain with the Seller for 60 days. In that period the Seller will return the item to the Buyer after 'return' shipping costs have been advanced to the Seller. If no action is taken by the Buyer, the Seller has the right to dispose of the item as it sees fit.

All standard payments shall be made through Paypal,
which accepts all major credit cards.

All payments shall be paid directly into the Sellers PayPal account unless stated otherwise. It will be the responsibility of the Seller to ensure that PayPal is available in his/her territory.

Payment must be made within 72 hours after an invoice has been received or the auction result will be cancelled and 'negative' feedback will be left on the Buyers account.

- We encourage Buyers to use accredited escrow services for any significant purchases. We are registered users of www.escrow.com, the Escrow service recommended by eBay and unless otherwise stated, if the Buyer chooses to work with Escrow.com, we accept to pay 50% of the fees - with the Buyer accepting to pay the remaining half.

 

- If escrow is not required all payments shall be paid directly into the Sellers PayPal account unless stated otherwise. It will be the responsibility of the Seller to ensure that PayPal is available in his/her territory.

- Payment must be made within 72 hours after an invoice has been received or the auction result will be cancelled and 'negative' feedback will be left on the Buyers account.

No Sales Tax will be applied in any territory, but it must be clearly understood that Value Added Tax will be applicable if the item is sold in the Territory of Israel at the percentage rate that is appropriate at the time of sale.
